Return and Refund Policy

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be damaged. All original instruction documents must be with the product, and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.

Please note that orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund if you bring your items back to our store. You will receive your refund through your original form of payment. If you return your items in the store, we can process an exchange or issue you for a refund in cash.

  • Within 16 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment by providing the reason for return (For custom products check the policy here)

  • After 16 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

  • All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 520 Westney Rd S, Ajax, ON, L1S 6W6, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@xmagineinc.com and send your item to: 520 Westney Rd S, Ajax, ON, L1S 6W6, Canada.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@xmagineinc.com.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Please note:

  • Our stores cannot credit your PayPal or Virtual Debit account.

 

 

 

Returning Personalized Products

 

Returns on personalized products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, cutting or carving) are as follows:

  • You must notify the seller within 14 days of the shipping date and provide the receipt number beside the reason for return before sending your item.

  • Due to personal configuration, inscriptions, or design on these products, the seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the seller, your order return will be accepted, and a full refund will be provided or the order will be fixed at the seller cost. However if the error is on the customer side, the seller will not accept a return.

  • All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
